Summer Breeze Heat Relief Program
The Summer Breeze Heat Relief Program is the only annual heat relief program in Northern Kentucky. Now in its 30th year, Summer Breeze has provided new A/C units and fans to neighbors of all ages, especially those suffering from serious medical conditions made worse by summer heat and humidity.
We could not offer this program without the financial support of generous donors and foundations like St. Elizabeth Healthcare and the Agnes Nordloh Charitable Trust.
- Distribution starts June 1 and ends August 31, or while supplies last.
- Distribution Location: 2655 Crescent Springs Road, Erlanger, KY
Distribution Times:
- Monday - Friday: 11am to 4pm
(CLOSED FRIDAY, JULY 3 DUE TO HOLIDAY)
We are unable to make exceptions to these walk-in times. If visiting outside of normal distribution hours, you will be asked to return during the next distribution window.
- Fans are provided to any Northern Kentucky resident with a valid photo ID who hasn't received one within the last two years.
- Air conditioning window units are provided to Northern Kentucky residents with a valid photo ID who have a signed doctor's note stating medical necessity and have not received a unit within the past five years.
- Program limitations may apply.
- Photo ID (if address is not current on photo ID, please bring proof of NKY address such as utility bill, lease, piece of mail, etc.)
- FOR AIR CONDITIONERS ONLY: Signed doctor's note on doctor's office letterhead. The doctor's note should include statement of need that the person receiving the unit will benefit from an air conditioner.
