Beginning May 26th, we will open our thrift store for our voucher customers. In an effort to limit the number of customers in our stores at one time, voucher customers will be served by appointment. We want to make this a very special experience by providing personalized attention (at a safe distance) to ensure they can find the clothing, housewares and furniture that they need.
Our thrift stores will re-open to the general public on June 1st. Generally speaking, we are following the same protocols that you have seen implemented at major retailers. All employees will undergo a daily temperature and wellness check before entering the building. All employees will wear a mask and we’ll ask that our customers also wear masks upon entering. Traffic flow through the stores will be clearly marked, as well as various examples of six feet of space to help facilitate physical distancing. Finally, we have extensive cleaning and disinfecting schedules in place, including wiping down carts after each use.
We are accepting donations at our Erlanger location only, right now, on Monday’s, Tuesday’s, Thursday’s, and Friday’s from 8 am to 12 pm.
St. Vincent de Paul Northern Kentucky operates three thrift stores / donation centers throughout our community. Your purchases of new and gently used clothing, furniture, housewares and appliances enable us to provide assistance and support to our neighbors in need.
